INFORMATION

How does Spam Blocking work?

The Spam Blocking feature will allow you to block spammers by their IP address from requesting Live Support on your website. Any operator can block an IP address and the block will be shared and active throughout all departments and operators. During the time the spammer is being blocked they will see an Offline status on your website and it will remain active for 3 days.
