Update Admin Password

INSTRUCTIONS

Hosted Customers

1. To update the password for your admin account on the hosted solution you will need to contact tech support by email support@osicodesinc.com or by live chat.
    

Downloaded Customers

1. Point your web browser to your SUPER directory. The SUPER directory is used to update your Company Profile (Admin username/password) and also to update your company logo. The URL to your SUPER directory should look something like this, http://www.domain.com/phplive/super/
   
    
2. Click the Your Site Profile link.
   
   
   
    
3. Updating Password - On the Site profile screen you will need to change the current password to the new password of your choice after that is completely simply click the Update Profile button and submit.
   
   Note: If you chanve the admin username it will mess up your PHP Live system. It’s recommended once you do not change the admin username after you have setup PHP Live.
   
   
   
    
4. Congratulations - You should now have your admin password updated.
