Setup Looping: After database info entered, returns to main install page

PROBLEM

Whenever going through the web installation the PHP Live installation loops back to the beginning of the installation (Site Name) after you finish entering the database information.

CAUSE

This problem is occuring due to the permissions not being set on the phplive/web/ directory to appropriately allow the config file to be created.

SOLUTION

To fix this problem you need to set the NTFS permissions on the phplive/web/ directory to allow the IIS user FULL CONTROL. Once this is done the setup should work.
